Terms of Service

Welcome to the Domiboard Multiplayer Game App ("the App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the terms and conditions governing your use of the App. By accessing and using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the App.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Domiboard Multiplayer Game App, you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and consent to adhere to these Terms, as well as any supplementary guidelines or regulations provided by the App.

User Accounts

• You may be required to create a user account to access specific App features.
• You pledge to provide precise and current information during registration and to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• You are accountable for all activities under your account and must promptly report any unauthorized use or security breaches to us.

Game Services

• The Domiboard App offers Ludo and quiz games, each with three difficulty levels: easy, medium, and hard.
• Users participate in games by utilizing game coins as an entry fee.
• Games can involve 2 or 4 players, with winners receiving game coins as rewards.
• Game coins won contribute to your position on the weekly leaderboard.

Leaderboard and Stages

• The leaderboard comprises stages numbered 1 to 10.
• Users' positions determine their status on the leaderboard stages:

• Users in the top 25% are promoted.
• Users ranked between 25% and 50% remain in their current stage.
• Users above 50% are demoted.

Rewards and Benefits

• Users ranking within the top 10 positions in each leaderboard stage receive rewards, which may include game coins, DomiCoins, or monetary rewards.

Leaderboard Sessions

• Leaderboard sessions run from Monday to Sunday night.

User Levels and XP

• Users have levels that can be advanced by accumulating XP earned in Ludo or quiz games.

Referral Program

• Users can refer friends using their unique invite codes and receive a 5000 game coin reward for both the inviter and the invitee.

DomiCoins

• DomiCoins can be exchanged for real money or used for in-game perks during Ludo or quiz games.

Account Security and Termination

• Domiboard reserves the right to hold funds or currencies and terminate accounts in case of illegal or incorrect transactions.
• Domiboard is not liable for user funds, game coins, or DomiCoins in the event of a compromise.
• Domiboard may terminate user accounts with or without notice.

Privacy and Public Sharing

• Users' score positions in the leaderboard may be shared with the public for advertising purposes.

Hacking and Security

• In the event of a server hack, users may not be able to recover their funds, game coins, or DomiCoins.

Modifications to Terms

• Domiboard reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
